Miyagawa Tomoyuki is an executive officer and head of the Programming and Production Department at Nippon Eiga Hoso Kabushiki Gaisha (Japan Movie Broadcasting Corporation). He is from Tokyo, Japan.

He graduated from the Department of Arts at Nihon University. After working at Tohoku Shinsha, he transferred to J Sky B. He has been responsible for programming and planning since the launch of the Japan Movie Channel and the Japanese Historical Drama Channel, BS and CS broadcasting stations, in 1998.

From 2008 to 2010, he was seconded to Fuji Television's Movie Business Division, Film Production Department.

In 2010, with the launch of BS broadcasting for the Japan Movie Channel, he returned to both channels' programming.
