Yeo Kyung Rae is a Taiwanese-South Korean culinary researcher, chef and Youtuber. His father is Chinese and his mother is Korean and he was born in Suwon but has decided to retain his Taiwanese nationality. He learned to cook Chinese cuisine in the 1970s from the top chefs at the time He is considered a master of Chinese cuisine with 40 years of experience.
