Kimura Motok is a Japanese television drama, film, and theater producer, as well as the President and CEO of Dream Plus Co., Ltd, from Hyogo, Japan. She currently resides in Los Angeles, USA.

In 1992, Kimura graduated from the Faculty of Comparative Culture at Sophia University. She then pursued an exchange program at Goldsmiths College, London University, in 1993.

Following her education, Kimura joined Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation (YTV) in 1993, where she initially worked in public relations before transitioning to the variety production department as a director. Subsequently, she moved to the drama production department.
