Nakamatsu Toshiya is a Japanese actor from Kagoshima, Japan. He began his acting career while attending Kokushikan University.

In 2007, he formed the video production unit "Tokyo Guerrilla Movies." Nakamatsu served as the representative of the unit and took on the roles of planning, screenwriting, starring, and producing in their first production, "HYPO."
