Saito Miho is a former Japanese gravure idol from Ushiya, Takasago, Hyogo, Japan. She was affiliated with the talent agency Neue. She graduated from Kitahama Elementary School, Kakogawa Nishi High School, and the Faculty of Sociology at Kwansei Gakuin University.

Initially known as Miho in the modeling industry, she began her career in fashion shows before transitioning to gravure idol work in the fall of 2004. She started in the unit "NIGHT SIGHT" and later pursued solo work from September 2006.

Driven by a strong desire for recognition, she initially sought to become a model to change herself.

During junior high, she had a habit of stealing items from friends and was involved in multiple shoplifting incidents, accumulating considerable losses.

She passed the entrance exams for Kwansei Gakuin University and Doshisha University, enrolling at Kwansei Gakuin University.

In summer 2007, she announced her retirement from entertainment, coinciding with the closure of her official blog.

In 2008, she joined Tohoku Shinsha's planning and directing department as a new graduate, launching her career as a CM director.
