Wakamatsu Hiroki is a Japanese drama producer at the Drama Production Center within Fuji Television's Programming and Production Bureau. Originally from Minamisoma, Fukushima, he graduated from Fukushima Prefectural Haranomachi High School and Waseda University’s School of Social Sciences, where he was the representative of the theater troupe Gekidan Mori in his final year.

He began his career at Nippon Television in 1992 and moved to Fuji Television in 2003. At Fuji Television, he initially served as General Producer at the Drama Production Center before becoming the Head of the Drama Production Department's Planning Division on June 27, 2013.

His father is the poet Wakamatsu Jotaro.
