He began rapping at the age of 15 and was quickly acknowledged by senior rapper and actor, Ice-T, who helped him establish himself as an active part of New York's hip-hop/rap underground scene.
He made his debut in 2010 featuring in JYJ's song, "I Love You". Then, in early 2011, he was contacted by singer/producer Jae Chong and he joined Eddie Shin and Nicky Lee, forming AZIATIX. The trio was based in South Korea and immediately won the Best New Asian Artist Award at the 2011 Mnet Asian Music Awards. They signed a contract with Cash Money Records in 2013 but went on an indefinite hiatus in early 2015 and have not released any music since then.
He then entered "Show Me The Money Season 5" but was eliminated just before the final round.
