Lee In Hye is a South Korean actress and professor. She graduated from Gwacheon Girls’ High School and later attended the Theater program at Dongguk University but dropped out. She eventually obtained a bachelor's degree in Beauty Arts from the Seoul Arts and Practical School and she also obtained another bachelor's degree, a master's degree and a Ph.D. in Journalism, all from Korea University. She made her debut in 1991 in MBC's Children's Choir and one year later, she won the Excellence Award at the 1992 KBS Creative Children's Song Contest for "New Road", which was based on a poem by Yoon Dong Joo. She is a devout Catholic and often participates in special lectures by Catholic celebrities and in various Catholic cultural events. She appeared in many dramas during her childhood and youth and later in life she has reduced her activities but still takes support roles occasionally. She is a professor at the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Media Department at Kyungsung University and, in 2022, she became a member of the TV Chosun Viewers Committee.
