Fu Bing Xing is a Chinese producer born in Dongyang, Zhejiang, China.

Fu Bing Xing holds a master's degree in Film Business Management from Cass Business School, City University of London. In 2014, Zhejiang Huace Film & TV Co., Ltd established its film division and she served as head of the Beijing Division of Huace Film & TV. In 2015, she became Vice General Manager of Zhejiang Huace Film & TV Co., Ltd., concurrently serving as Head of the Beijing Division, overseeing the film division. Later, she served as Vice President of Zhejiang Huace Film & TV Co., Ltd., concurrently serving as General Manager of its Beijing Business Group, Chairman of its subsidiary Huace Film & TV (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Xi'an Jiayun Digital Entertainment Distribution Co., Ltd., among other positions.
