Hideo Kurihara is a Japanese actor from Tochigi Prefecture. After graduating from high school in 1984, he moved to Tokyo and joined the Shiki Theatre Company. He appeared in numerous productions including the musical "The Lion King '' and left the group in 2009.
After leaving the company, he continued his activities mainly in the stage and movies, and in 2016 he made his first TV appearance in the Taiga drama "Sanadamaru".
