Cilla Kung is a Hongkongese actress, and singer. She originally started as a model and was a former contracted artist under TVB. In 2007, she made her debut in the entertainment industry through the 21st TVB Artist Training Class.

She graduated from Wing Tsu School in Tai O Village and attended PLK Mrs. Ma Kam Ming Fong Yiu Fong Secondary School during her high school years. After completing Form Five, she went to the UK from 2003 to 2005 to pursue the General Certificate of Education A-level and returned to Hong Kong afterward to study Business Administration at Shue Yan University. During her spare time, she worked as a part-time model and as a waiter at the Marriott Hotel.

In 2007, she joined TVB as one of its contracted female artists. On June 14, 2017, she officially ended her 10-year contract with TVB.

In 2009, she entered the music industry and joined the record label CMD under East Asia Record Company Limited. In 2011, she left CMD and joined Star East International Limited's Star Shine Entertainment to further develop her musical talent.

In 2017, she got married.
