Nam Kyung Eup is a South Korean actor and musical actor. He graduated from Hwanil High School and later obtained bachelor's degrees in Theater from the Seoul Arts College and in Theatrical and Film Studies from Dankook University and a master's degree in Performing and Media Arts from Dongguk University. He is a figure who can be called the godfather of the domestic musical world and is respected as a mentor to numerous musical stars and he is the older brother of musical actor Nam Gyeong Joo. He made his debut in the 1976 play "Hamlet" and has been a steady figure in both theatrical plays and TV dramas ever since.
