Jo Min Gyu is a South Korean singer and member of FORESTELLA (포레스텔라). He graduated from Seoul Arts High School and later obtained a bachelor's and a master's degree in Vocal Music from Seoul National University, where he met and became friends with future bandmate Ko Woo Rim.

In 2017, he auditioned for JTBC's "Phantom Singer 2" and joined Ko and 2 other singers during the team mission, forming FORESTELLA. The group ended up winning the competition.

After the show, he made his debut as the group's leader and vocalist with their first album, "Evolution", released in March 2018.

The group is represented by Beat Interactive (비트인터렉티브), and he is managed by Parana Entertainment (파라나 엔터테인먼트) for his individual activities.
