Chai Ji Dan, born Zhu Wen Jiao (朱文娇), is a Chinese author, director, and screenwriter. She also serves as the executive director and general manager of Beijing's Fengmang (鋒芒文化).

Chai Ji Dan began her literary career in 2009 in Liangcheng, Fujian, China, where she rose to prominence writing danmei genre web novels such as "Are You Addicted?" (你丫上癮了). Many of her literary works have since been adapted into television dramas.
