Ren Jie is a Chinese actress born in Chongqing, China. In 1977, she joined Qinghai Infrastructure Engineering Corps as a literary and artistic soldier, and then later studied performance at Xi'an Theatre Company where she was a student of Cao Jing Yang, a well-known performance artist. In 2013, she played the mother-in-law in Chengdu Theatre Company's large-scale drama "The After-Op" which won the "Five Ones" Engineering Award in Sichuan. Edit Biography
