Su Ming Ming, born Su Hsiu Chu (蘇秀珠), is a Taiwanese actress from Kaohsiung, Taiwan. She graduated from the film and television program at Youth High School (青年高中) and subsequently attended an acting training class organized by Central Motion Picture Corporation (中央電影公司) and Yongsheng Company (永昇公司). Su made her acting debut in "A Story of a Female Worker" (一個女工的故事).

In 1996, she married Wan Ren (萬仁) and retired from acting, and they have one son together.
