Tang Lan Hua is an indigenous Tsou actress who worked in films and television from 1969 to 1988, active in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. She is also a singer and sang the theme song for several movies.

She is the niece of Yapasuyongʉ Yulunana (湯守仁), an indigenous leader who was a victim of the 228 Incident during the White Terror period. She is also a distant relative of Tang Ying Shen (湯英伸), whose story prompted reforms in Taiwan's legal system and helped spark a broader indigenous movement against discrimination. She is also a distant aunt of actresses Yinguyu Yatauyungana (高蕾雅) and Francesca Kao (高慧君).
