WRTW is a S+ production. Its on the same level with She and Her Perfect Husband. Maybe this one will be aired…
For a Tencent production, I can see why it's an S-tier drama. However, for C-dramaland in general, it's not. I'm not comparing wuxia dramas to political dramas, I'm simply comparing the production budget and actors involved. I think we both just have different ways and angles in interpreting what is an S-tier level drama and that's fine. And even if I do compare it to another Wuxia drama like Sword Snow Stride, I still think SSS ups WRTW a bit in terms of production and actors. Anyways, Imma end my part of this discussion here.
