A just means the tier level of the production of the drama. Rise of Phoenixes is a super high budget drama containing some really popular and respected actors. you've probably never heard of it, because it's not popular internationally (not as popular as other dramas, I mean) as it's a drama heavy in politics. when u compare the production of Rise of Phoenixes to Who Rules the World, there's a huge difference. in no way am i saying WRTW is bad lol. plus, it's not like being an A-tier level production is bad, it's very good, in fact.

I wouldn't say it's S+, probably A at most. An example of a drama that I would consider S+ is Rise of Phoenixes.

it's high 'cause not many people have rated the drama yet. it's also because not all episodes are out yet. the rating will undoubtedly drop after the drama's done airing. i've seen it happen with many other dramas when it began airing.

hi jane! it's pretty good far. it's very light-hearted and it's nothing to take seriously. female lead is charismatic and adorable. their chemistry is also certainly there :)))
