Oh no, I hate those too! DON’T WATCH LITC! 🤣
But for now, it doesn’t look like that at all. He helps her and relies on her, just as she helps and relies on him, he really can’t succeed without her, and vice versa. So far, the dynamic is well balanced.
They also seem to have fallen for each other at the same time. They’re completely in sync with their scheming, and the fascination they have for each other naturally turns into affection. And he definitely has a personality.
You can check a few episodes, but as someone who hates ml who constantly sacrifice themselves while the fl only thinks of herself, I can say this is not like that, at least not so far. And I really, really hope it doesn’t change, because their interactions are genuinely good and well balanced. A few little tweaks here and there, but I’m really enjoying this so far.

He slowly uses his wit to prove himself, and she appreciates him. He helps her, and she helps him, some clever scheming mixed with funny and romantic moments in between. And everything well done.
FINALLY! it’s getting even better. That cliff hanger at the end of episode 8 gave me chills I’m so ready.…
Well, no kidnapping since he asked for her help, but she kept the truth about his real identity from him to keep him "safe" on her own term, which isn’t exactly right. I don’t like the way he’s being treated either, but I’m really enjoying his scheming a lot, even given the position he’s in.😆
The real question is Why make script revision when there were plenty of legal age actresses who wouldn’t have required it? Or why should it be him making such a request? Or why should he be burdened at all by the issues that casting a minor fl in a romance might create or might not? Or even why shouldn’t any necessary changes be handled by the scriptwriters, directors, those responsible for casting, or even the actress herself, rather than him?
I mean, before even thinking of him, there’s a very long list of people who actually can, could, or should have done something for her. So why talking of him?
I will watch both of Neo's dramas and give priority to this one! I’ve heard that the billing position is important, and since I love Neo's acting, I’m totally supporting him! I’m not sure how much an international viewer can help, but I’ll definitely watch it live, leave as many comments as I can across different platforms, and try to do the same for TUS too! 🧡 I’m really excited for this!
I’m just wondering why everyone first thinks about the fl and who would fit her best, instead of the other way around. If this were a teenage drama, I’d totally be like, “why is an adult her partner?” But this is a drama with a general as the main character, not just a soldier, but a general, which already implies some years of experience and it is also a romance about a married couple. Here, the one who doesn’t fit is her.
Isn't more logical to ask: “why choose a minor for this role?” or “why cast a minor ten years younger than him as his partner?”or "why she didn't wait to be of age to accept such a role?"

Great work from his fan to voice that out 😂
