Now I have the guts to watch this another masterpiece after hesitating at some point because of unsolicited spoilers! I do love the baffling content of this drama, politics-wise related, friendship, courage and the overbearing amount of intrigue of historical plots. It never came to me that i'd love the MLs more than ever. It reminds me of lingering moment in Nirvana In Fire. Overall I like evry bits of this drama. TRULY ONE OF A KIND MASTERPIECE THAT'S BEEN PUT TO LIFE.
What u deem as 'exaggerated acting' is actually something splendid and immensely heartfelt for many others. TU…
KDramas are about 16-20 eps but it's more than an hour. So if you sum it up. It's just the as close as the average 40 episode CDrama. I'm a fan of KDramas also. Watched a bunch of it with historical elements actually. The thing is what makes this drama (TU) interesting is that it's derived from a novel, from the novel itself is filled with bold words to intensify the characters, too bad because of China's strict censorship, it prohibits some scenes that would spice up the drama. Anyways, everyone has his own taste of preference and i do respect that.
I suggest you read the novel first then try to re-watch if you're on the mood to do so. It's not as overrated as it seem if you understand the whole logic of the drama version :)
So basically I spoiled myself with too much spoilers about Douluo dalu, and what captured me is Bi bi Dong's life. it's so sad, as well as her love story with Xiao Gang. I also liked how Tang San would go such lengths to protect his treasured women in life.
Lan De, Xiao Gang and Ning Rong Rong are by far my favorite characters in DC. Tang San's development was way too slow, it seemed like Ma Hong Jun is a lot powerful than him. Anyways, I liked the side romance story of Zhu Zhu Qing and Dai Mu Bai lowkey caring for each other haha! Waiting for more episodes.
No, it's not too soon to critique the drama, we are already one quarter in.There is also no reason why one should…
Am not whitewashing this drama. It's pissing me off also he didn't get enough screentime. That's why i said we could atleast wait for it to develop. Because for me even if it's my idol's drama, i'd criticize it if were poorly done. People are free to say what they say, I just wanted to implied they shouldn't be too entitled.
I did not read the novel nor watched the anime version (glad I didn't), maybe for the first time viewers, it might looked good and hooking, but to those who knew the plot and everything after this drama kicks off, some keeps on complaining how the drama deviates from the original one. Well, let's all just be positive and give this drama a benefit of a doubt. Isn't it too soon to constructively criticize the drama? I know you guys where you're complains coming from, don't get me wrong here please. Let's watch how this drama goes then save our criticisms for later. Let's spread positive vibes in here??
So far so good. This drama somewhat got me intrigued. I'd like to see how this drama unfolds. Waiting for Tang San (Sean Xiao) and Xiao Wu's (Wu Xian Yi) character development. Hope this one ends well.
Tiffany Tang just never gets it right. She is one of the most overrated A list actresses.
Well, I'm not really that Tang Yan diehard fan but lemme tell you sis. THE STORY IS GOOD AT FIRST BUT GOES DOWN THE HILL AFTER EPS 20! It has nothing to do with the Actors, I bet some A List actresses and actors cannot even pull this through too. The Production team messed up with the whole plot. Second Lead's script outshined the ML's. I can accept that, but the script itself is very weak. Don't blame it on the actors. Blame it on the writers and producers.
I suggest you read the novel first then try to re-watch if you're on the mood to do so. It's not as overrated as it seem if you understand the whole logic of the drama version :)
Wow! Just WOW!
I don't dislike XW, i liked her also, the thing is her childish acts sometimes kinda not natural for me. For me she's pretty
Actingwise, I love them all.
