tbh the heavenly emperor seems fair. he was willing to hear the eagle clan's side of the story and investigate, which surpised me. maybe he will do something bad later idk

qing yi is funny but i almost got a heart attack cause of his interference, i thought he ruined everything. ah but thankfully almost everything was resolved in the next ep. it was so satisfying. gu jin finally did something cool by standing up for the eagle clan, the sword thing was awesome. also the tension with the main couple at the end wow can't wait to watch the next ep

It seems you can't even dispute the fact that zls should get 1st billing equal with popular actors. you keep saying fanwars this and that but in the eyes of investors it's the combination of two popular actors that will make the most money.

when LLTG was filmed zls was no where near as well known as she is now. there's just no way she will ever be 2nd billing considering she's currently one of the top actresses. i don't get why she would have to be 2nd billing when she can just be 1st billing equal with the male lead.

the public loved TROTAR and DYX wasn't popular at the time. Whereas WRTW with YY was less well recieved despite his immense popularity. currently popular male cdrama actors are being wiped out by scandals, so in most cases it is up to FL to carry.

yeah i feel like this drama would be a great beginner xianxia as it takes time explain the world systems and introduces common tropes

i guess Lusi's fans alone can carry a drama cause TLI is still reaching record heights. the show's success proves that both leads don't need to be universally likeable in order to be enjoyable. although I personally find the ML likeable and refreshing.

it's not often that we get to see such a sweet relationship in the beginning of a cdrama. a yin and gu jin are so pure. gu jin choosing to go through a painful thunder tribulation so that a yin doesn't lose her internal core . a yin helping gu jin pursue hua shu even though she likes him. blossoming the spiritual tree together not realising it means they like each other??? agsbshvbs they're so cute

Tbh I do look at comments on this site if I wanna start a new drama bc popular dramas align more with my tastes but after seeing the comments and ratings of this drama I will be more suspicious next time. Are we all watching the same thing? A 7.8 rating makes no sense at all

After watching and completing Eternal Love I think I’m immune to the misunderstanding trope. I don’t think anything can get worse than that.
