Honestly. Not having blood could happen. First not only is it a rare blood type, but it could also be coincidential like they had previously used the blood that they did have. Its not unrealistic, its just rare coincidences that dramas tend to incorporate to make the show more interesting

It was definitely up there in my top dramas. Not only did it relax me and draw me in in every episode, but it also taught me lessons that I had yet to learn. The last 2 episodes made me cry quite a lot. The relationship was infact one of the healthiest out of all the kdramas ive seen. Will definitely recommend to my friends!!
