I'm so conflicted: is it the same as Stay with me, and if so, which one should I watch?

I think both are based on the same book. I really liked this one more than stay with me, which was not bad but not as spicy as this one.

To be honest, I just stayed to see the pretty boys. The storyline is terrible, it swaps from one thing to another really fast, and you are not even able to enjoy the process, because the is no process. The acting was good, enough for me to watch. I don't recommend it.
