Were we to expect the crazy rapist wife beater husband to be faithful to his wife? Or Marisa to be loyal to Time? She's already broken his heart in the past and has shown to be a nasty person behind his back. Lol That doesn't scream "we promote cheating in a positive light" to me at all.
Not a fan of the Sarut and Wadee story though, but not because of the cheating. What kind of wife stays loyal to a man who treats her that way? Besides, she left the abusive relationship before anything occurred anyway. I don't like that she wants to keep any sort of connection to that horrible family. She should've just skipped town.

What you're seeing is a sham marriage, brought together under duress and company greed. Study the difference. It's morally and legally wrong. There is no cheating because the relationship isn't REAL under any stretch of the imagination. Touch is gay and Treenut loves another man. They are not in love. They barely know each other, and they are only faking a relationship and a marriage to keep Touch in his position at the company. That is why it is a sham.

There is nothing to disagree with here. The idea that it is NOT a marriage is a fact. Why else do you think his family is trying to hide it from the aunt and Arjun? Your rules don't apply to their situation because it isn't a real relationship or marriage to begin with.
Again, they are hiding it from Touch because he can call off the marriage at any time. Just because they're married now doesn't mean he can't suddenly divorce or get an annulment. She also still needs to provide him a child, as that is part of the clause in his grandfather's will, not just the marriage. Which he could quickly call quits on if he found out.

They didn't marry each other for faithfulness and that is one of the reasons it is a sham. They married so Touch could keep his position in the company, and to get the monkey off of Treenut's family's backs. They already agreed that it wouldn't be a sexual or romantic relationship.
Time and Treenut haven't told Touch they were in a relationship because they knew he would never agree to take his girl from him. And he would likely call off the marriage if he found out about it now. Which would cause him to lose his position in the company. They are hiding it to protect him, not to cheat on him behind his back.

It really isn't. The marriage is a total sham to begin with. Not only was Treenut under duress when she accepted the proposal, but Touch is only marrying her to keep his position in the company, which is probably considered fraud. Time was in love with Treenut before she even met Touch and she only agreed to the marriage to be a surrogate to his child and a phantom wife. There was no agreement to faithfulness or disagreement to an open marriage.
