does it get actually explained why the taxi driver wants to kill them?
So if you haven't finished the series yet, heads up. SPOILER ALERT.
He's a serial Killer. He kidnaps Sol (in 2008- where Sunjae fights with the guy and has him arrested) in HER Original timeline where she becomes paralyzed. In her 2nd timeline (2008 High school- when she goes back to save Sunjae) she gets kidnapped again like she did and escapes before the guy catches her and Sundae is there (and the guy sees him from his car). Then ImSol goes back to 2023 and she starts getting flash backs of an incident that didn't happen in the original timeline.
She then finds out that Once she returned to 2023, the. 2008 ImSol was kidnapped again in 2009 (College) cuz the killer needed to finish the job and Sunjae was there to save her... so the guy now has vendetta against both of them. Because of this, ImSol goes back on her last time line to 2009 to prevent what would potentially happen to Sunjae but failed. But now, since Sunjae lost his life saving her, his watched created a 3x time travel chance where ImSol used where she made it s that they never met in 2008, and he never fell for her, which changed the trajectory of their lives and in this new timeline, they never meet the killer.
Also, another theory about how this. time. travel started was Sunjae. In his time line, after she got hit by the car and he tried to save her, she didn't make it so we see Sunjae sitting in the hospital holding onto his watch but we don't hear ImSol yelling "Why did you save me" cuz he didn't s ave her. That's why on his 2nd timeline(he goes back to save her), we see a flash back of Sunjae jump into water to save her and his watch flashes and that was the time line she got paralyzed (He was in his uniform, holding the watch while she yelled why he saved her). He then went back again to save her for the last time and she became paralyzed again. In this Timeline, He's wearing his swimming track suite and not holding a watch while she screams why he saved her from her hospital room. (This is the timeline ImSol remembers, the same timeline where Sunjae called from the radio station and told her that he was thankful she was alive.) So basically, this whole time travel was triggered by ImSol's death and the desperation Sunjae felt for not saving her in his first time line.
SUKFILMS just posted a compilation of all the 4 episodes and titled it PART 1 so I’m thinking there will be part 2. Unfortunately, the compiled scenes don’t have the Uncut scenes from each episode .
Omfg! Im on ep 7 but all the characters are pissing me tf off! Ish that shouldn’t go wrong, goes wrong! Like where is common sense??? I’ma try to push through cuz I feel there is potential for the the leads and I like the female lead in other dramas… that’s the only reason I’m staying … gosh I never had every character frustrate me so much 😒😒😒
omg I've been looking for this everywhere. I remember watching this back in 2007 on YouTube and it was very blurry and sometimes missing subs. lol It brings back so many memories.

I wanted to get a hint no the ending before watching the last episode so i went through the comments here and other platforms and I have NO Idea why people are hating on the ending! It was the only reasonable ending for the plot. Also, the acting was superb esp. Youngdae. His eyes are so expressive and show so much emotions that it's hard for me not to love everything he's in!
Over all, I LOVED this drama. I binge watched it after ep. 4 cuz I couldn't wait to watch it weekly.
