it mostly had to do with the pandemic. it was filmed at the end of 2019/early 2020 so JimmyTommy scenes weren't filmed until long after the series ended. The side character's story was also cut as it was not filmed and production had to stop filming.

The chat Nott sent Pan was that he thought he saw him at the award show but he was not sure if it was Pan or if he just misses him.

As for the 01... it's the Room 701 (Where it's their safe place to be with each other). Also NottPan end up together in real life but not in public. fans think they're not Real since they stopped interacting in public.

I’ve sat on this ending for the past week and I think I get it. If doesn’t have a complete ending and it feels like it’s a loose end cuz the actors the stories are based on are still going irl. Like this is Not at all a fictional story that the script writer and directors can complete. Their stories are over 70% based on real life and it’s impossible to have an ending without loose end. just because this series ended doesn’t mean that these actors are still not fighting to get their name out there or continue to be a catalyst in trying to change the way the BL industry is.

I hope you push thru 💙 cuz this is one of the best comfort series to ever be released. I’ve probably rewatched it over 10x since it ended. And that’s saying a lot for me. 😁 also if you read the comment below by IBEN-MANSOUR CHAIMAE, you’ll understand why it’s such a beautiful series and how it’s meant to be camp.. Meta. 💙

YES Yes Yes Yeeesss!!! The title of the novel does not fit the series at all. SCOY is more like it.

At one point when it was airing, I was actually looking forward to 2nd hand embarrassment moments and thought we should’ve gotten more on a couple of episodes but I get why they did what they did 😁

I think that might’ve been on purpose cuz if all the “bad people” in the industry really got what they deserved, then it also would’ve happened irl. But time and again, no one really comes out and says what’s really going on in the BL industry so WOY is technically showing the truth and not showing us the punishments we would’ve wanted to occur on these evil people.

I think NottPan are still a secret couple and not a shipped one so they wouldn’t sit together. I’m still waiting for them to announce a spin-off for NottPan as it seems like they’re the only ones that had the shortest story and the ending was rushed.

I would like to think that NottPan didn’t sit together cuz they’re no longer a shipped couple. But honestly theirs is the ONLY story line not finished. And they’re the only ones that had 5 episodes while the others appeared on more than 8-10 episodes. I pray they do a spin off or something for NottPan cuz the way they ended it was so wrong 😑

Dare I say, try watching ep 1 and see how u like the story. It was by far the best acting and storyline for me. 😁 No pressure 💙
