What if this Master Lee is a fraud?😂 On the other hand, he confirmed that Uk's real father is the late King.
I dunno, he never once told a direct lie. But he sure does love to omit and withhold information.
Personally, I think he's just an old bored troll who likes to liven up his days by watching people scramble after hearing another one of his dosed info dumps.
I still don't get why Naksu's soul is gonna get rejected by the JBY's body when she regains JBY's divine powers.

According to master Lee, to be in harmony the body and soul must be identical in appearance, which still holds true for Naksu.
But also according to master Lee, regaining JBY's divine powers *before* regaining Naksu's memories is bad? Why the ef? There's no JBY's soul inside anymore, meaning there's no more soul template to verify against for the body. Is it because the body will "think" that it's that of a divine magic priestess and won't accept a soul of a regular arcane mage? How will regaining divine powers even contribute to Naksu's memories recollection?

And also, are JBY's divine powers really coming forth before Naksu's memories? Yea, she lit up that lantern with no memories, but after that, memory glimpses started to happen way more frequently than her regaining any new divine abilities. Maybe she'll still be ok and master Lee doesn't know everything?

Tbh, this newly invented contrived reason about memories being a new cause for Naksu's impending doom sounds like a made up late addition to the already established lore since part 1. Master Lee (aka. the writers insert) keeps inventing new s*it to throw into the fan.

I interpreted Master Lee worrying about JBY's body clashing with Naksu's soul and that she might go wild. Assuming…
Master Lee never lied so far and mama Jin is sure divine powers are inherited through the body. JBY’s blood still courses through it and with the soul gone there’s nothing else but the body that gives Naksu her powers now. And mama Jin wanted to marry her off so that she’d provide a new powerful priestess for Jin clan. Are you saying master Lee lied to her and JBY’s soul is still inside the body? I somehow doubt it.

I also think that scene with Park Jin and Kim Do Ju about the two chesnuts drowning... Not a good sign.
That's what happens when you don't treat a person with kindness and don't give him cookies - he turns into Jin Mu. And jokes aside, I'm serious - he's another victim of Jin bitches clan.

In part 1, watch an episode about honey cookies - where Park Jin refused to give him any and ML and FL visited Cheonbugwan later to give them to him from maidservant Kim. Apparently when Jang Kang was around Jin Mu was a frequent visitor at his house and loved her cookies.

I thought of something completely opposite. To me personally, just like with that door allegory that was brought up from part 1, they were again arguing over an allegory not about themselves, but about the main couple. To survive they both gotta be saved.
Park Jin may soon be in trouble because of Uk, but nobody cares about maidservant Kim. Even Jin Mu admires her.
Or maybe you're right and maidservant Kim will face that dilemma soon, but usually it's not to be taken at face value.

Cho-yeon and Dang-gu will get married and that will be happy ending for me. 🥰No idea about Jang Uk or Bu-yeon,…
It's always safe to bet on the boring ones. You never know with Hong sisters though, they may sneak in an unexpected death at the end.
I wish I wasn't so invested in otp couple, otherwise I'd be relaxing with a 🍿 as well.

Yea, she's doing it again in part 2. Looks like she instictively knows how to deal with him.

I think everyone’s kinda overthinking about the Buyeon’s body kicking out naksu’s soul plot. I really think…
Nobody's kicking her soul out. It was a mistranslation, her soul, for whatever new contrived reason, will be *rejected* by the body when she regains her memories, not *ejected*. I'm guessing it's gonna mean she'll become a soul shifter again and will be in danger of pertrifying.

i'm honestly sad at how the CP went from being one of my favourite characters to being so shitty ... he was so…

Why do I feel like CP's advice for BY to go cheat on her husband, is what he wants her to do with him. 😵🤣🤣🤣I…
He even told her to go live with him if she decides to dump her husband. How more straightforward can he get? But strangely enough, in part 2 CP doesn't seem to be as interested in FL as he was in part 1. Even though she's supposed to be very beautiful in part 2. Maybe because he doesn't know she belongs to Uk yet. Or maybe because he gave himself a mental command not to lust after women he can't hold after part 1's bad ending.

Cho Yeong died twice. I think she already got the punishment for what she did in her past. At this point killing…
Agreed. Writers should give FL a break for once, instead of inventing new ways for her to die.
Uk also will never be fully happy if she won't return permanently.

I don't care for that kind of ending. Sounds dumb. And there are lots of other people in this drama who did many…
Let's just agree to disagree. Personally, if they end up with that kind of ending I'll throw this drama into a dumpster bin, set it on fire and won't touch it even with a 10 foot pole. That's beyond f*cked up. Hopefully part 2 won't repeat part 1's sad ending and finally give the audience what they want.

that's what yul character is. he is tooo upright and full of morals!!! which always land him in trouble with others!!…
It already happened and was mentioned. Naksu hatched into a vicious eagle in part 1.

CP and the rest of the royal family are living high life with no remorse. They were responsible for many deaths by letting Jin Mu roam around free.
Jin Mu and his cronies are pretty happy now.
Mama Jin is off the rockers in part 2 especially, but no remorse either.

And I know about, you know about it, so why are you suggesting such a heartwrenching ending? I'd rather have them die than continue suffering like you suggest.

Potentially we could get a "50 first dates" type of ending where Cho Yeong's memories keep getting erased when…
I don't care for that kind of ending. Sounds dumb. And there are lots of other people in this drama who did many bad things, but are living happily like nothing happened. No need to single out and perpetually punish FL, the biggest victim of the main villain's schemes, who only wants to live. And she already paid for her crimes by dying, twice.
And who wants to live with a person who basically has dementia? You have no idea how hard and heart breaking it is.

New to these forums here. I just finished watching Season 1 and can't wait to start watching Season 2.I do have…
Nothing romantic is going on between Naksu and Yul in season 2. But people see them together in scenes and become rabid. He was a mildly annoying third wheeler in part 1, but since he got rejected he's not after anybody else. And he's so sick because of the blood worm he barely has time to think about anything else. In the latest episode he got wind of the info that Naksu is in Bu-Yeon's body and got into his head that he'll do a moronic "noble sacrifice" and kill her and then himself, since he has already resigned to die. And it's all because he has a hero's complex and thinks everybody else is an idiot, and he has to shoulder the whole world problems - he thinks he'll be doing everyone a "service" by killing off a "monster" he failed to kill in part 1. Uk needs to slap the sh*it out of him for even thinking in that vein.

After learning the secret behind his birth and Naksu's death, Ukie wanted to end his sufferings. He can't die…
Park Jin was threatened with execution if Uk does anything with the ice stone powers aside from hunting soul shifters. I wonder what's gonna happen to him now that Uk decided to get involved. Uk will have to protect Naksu, Yul, Park Jin and who knows whom else now.
