Kim Youjung's performance was phenomenal but I wish her character would have done more plotting and scheming to…
The fact that despite brilliant plotting and scheming she kept digging herself in bigger and bigger hole added some realism to it. It was also big part of tragedy of her character, like Sisyphus.
I love dramas where characters are flawed, conflicted, ambiguous and in the end tragic. No black and white hero-villain bland dynamics. You also won't find much fan service and typical k-drama tropes here. So the reception may be as polarized as characters of this show.
He still did it all out of love. It's just not typical fan service romance people usually expect.
Yes, there are a lot of questions and moral dilemmas that will remain unanswered. But for me it seemed like the curse, between them at least, was broken. The symbolism of the stormy sky dissapearing hint that. So, in my opinion it is not like they are chained to each other from the day of successful confession.

I think the feeling was there well before that. There was even a glimpse of it in highschool years. She remembered him, his name and their ethereal encounters despite not even talking to each other once. She was also happy to see him when he was nameless delivery worker. She even once run to him after hearing a doorbell with a bottle of juice and was disappointed it was not him. We also learned in the end that the curse is not really about not loving someone back but the one confessing not leaving her side after confession.
uhhhhh can not wait for the final week. I soooooo want to share my thoughts but im waiting after the finale :-)…
There are a lot of details in those scenes. Sometimes they seem the same but are different. Like snow falling down in her memories but rising upwards in his. Which may symbolize she is doom but he is hope. Also later on her memories changes for snow rising upwards which may symbolize her change of heart.
I am so glad he called himself out for the stalkerish behaviour!!! That is so refreshing to see, because it was…
Obviously he is a stalker. He is also a martyr for her sake. Recognizing that despite all this suffering all he is for her is being another stalker/nuisance was part of his characters tragedy. Although we know already that this is not entirely true, as he is not as insignificant to her as he thinks.
