i recommend producer Arai x director Tsukahara's dramas. their production team is mostly women and they make dramas/movies with care & great quality. ・Unnatural a hit forensic & a bit romance drama, 8.6/10 in MDL the ed song LEMON by Yonezu Kenshi was huge hit
・Nigeru wa haji da ga yaku ni tatsu (We married as a job) a huge hit rom com in japan, 8.2/10 in MDL the ed song KOI (love) by Hoshino Gen was huge hit
・Saiai huge hit mystery & romance drama in japan, 8.2/10 in MDL the ed song Kimi ni muchuu (crazy about you) was hit
・N no tameni (For N) mystery & romance, 8.3/10 in MDL
a scriptwriter who is a big fan of this drama said that this drama depicted a cross-cultural communication, not a communication between able-bodied people and disabled people. the reasons for that - Sou is not portrayed as a socially vulnerable person ・he is financially independent and lives alone. ・Sou provided Tsumugi with a voice translation app. it was rather her who was having a trouble communicating with Sou.
- although Sou is a late deafended person, he uses a sign language that is completely different from Japanese grammar like a foreign language.
