It is hard to get 28K for the drama nowadays..Bai Lu and Cheng Lei drama with so many traffic fans is barely surpass 28K..

I think many people are disappointed because the leads rarely get to enjoy happy moments together. The drama begins with a difficult life-or-death situation, followed by more hardship in the Northwest. Even after they arrive in the capital, they still do not get enough time together. After they marry, their happiness is also short-lived, as one tragedy after another strikes TY’s family, while their enemies continue plotting against them.
But I am okay with this kind of plot.. every drama has their own different beautiful story..

how is the heat index at Tencent?.. I know they surpasses 27.000 .. but because of many people maybe don't like the roller coaster emotional drainage, I think 28.000 is already good one (eventhough I want them to get 30K ...I really like this one)

..and also sisterhood scenes of TY with northwest ladies.
They deserved to have good happy ending...

I think that is the life massage of the writer..sometimes what you have is already precious..and in many times we didn't appreciate it and only realize after it is loss..
Official stardom or wealth are not guarantee that we will be happy..but have a nice family and happy comfortable life are somethings that we should be gratefull.

But for this drama..I do understand why they have to choose to climb official position, is because TY want him to have stable and prideful life compare to be smugler that has to run away from enemy all the time, while ZL want to protect her.

Yes it is painfull now..but I believe they will give us satisfying closure at the end..
This is still an idol drama..although sometimes I feel they do more depth compare to other idol drama..
But I really enjoy the ups and down in this drama..I like dramas with good story such as Love in Nirvana that make my heart pounding fast or make me smiling..eventhough at the end we will cry a bucket of water..But hopefully we will get Happy ending for ZL and TY..I will enjoy it whether they will get highest official position at the end..or coming to hometown and growing vegetables..anything is happy ending for me🥰

Yes...it is sad that ZL is impatient which as TY said that the fight should be step by step and will take long time to get win
But I have to give credit to Yu family..they are not easy to be defeated and has a lot of experience compare our leads..They shake ZL mind with threathening with his family so he think that he should speedy the fight..but just to fell to Yu's trap..omo..omo..

As i don't like what the emperor conducted, but I do understand what he has been done..well. he is also not the main leads in this drama..otherways we will get a nice and resourceful emperor..But yes..this is a really realistic portraying of imperial leader. Full of schemes for his goals

In that ancient time, woman who devoted her life to the family will be praised and get the chastity memorial from the emperor...for example if the ladies stay single after her husband died..or even if they conduct suicide in order to accompany her husband in the grave . You can also find this tradition in other cdrama or kdrama around that period. And the family who get the chastity memorial will be benefited..they will be praised as Noble family and get many advantages..such as the men will get official career easier compare the other.
And Fu family has three chastity memorial. You can imagine how the impact to their family

I do think this drama portray realistic clash of power..As we know form historical drama, Emperor himself, he doesn't have absolute power..The Nobles are very powerfull family that also a foundation of country..That's why Emperor has to use diplomatic ways to balancing all the faction..and ZL is his useful blade for now..sigh..that is the difficulty of court politic...

I do like the story and plot..for me this kind of plot do make the character development

Yes..it's been a while that I feel this emotional when watching a drama..and in this drama..in many times I don't see the next scene coming sigh.. I didn't expect they will kill General Mo while TY already get some evidence..still hoping just like some cheesy drama that TY will run all over the prison to give the evidence and they can solve the case easily LoL...hahaha

Yes I do like the director work. And that scene is very powerfull..
Good job too for Ding Yuxi..this is his best drama so far for me. (Like him since Tiger and rose hehehr)

You will love it more and feel the roller coster journey in this drama..and I am pleased that the quality of the drama is consistent from beginning till almost the end..no dragging a bit..hope they will give us satisfied and happy ending.
Don't want to make comparison..I am ZLH and PoJ fans..but I feel the depth of this drama is more than PoJ.. if the ending is satisfying, than It will be one of the best costume drama for me LoL

Yes..at the beginning Madam Mo put her anger to ZL and TY..but i am relieved that at the end..she crying loud and said actually it is all her fault..I am happy that the director and the writer put a very good job to give closure for each of the characters..

I think this drama is very good that even side character get good writing for them..
In ep 31..we can get understand more of what Emperor view and heart..he talk about the Empress Dowager problem as example of his vieweing in lead the country. he is a good soul but he has too many burden in his hand..and he hope ZL can help him to ease this burden..

Yes. And actually she is angry with herself..she always said many times that she has regretted why she push ZL to take the road of being official..
But i recall one wise man saying to me..we take decision in the past based on our knowledge at those times and we still don't get knowledge like what we have in the present..
So i don't blame her. I think she take best decision at the past..compare being street rufiant, everybody who has clear sense will think it is better to try follow the official career..Our leads did not have knowledge at that times that the journey is too difficult and in many times can make people lose their soul..
I do believe in this drama, at the end the good will be win..and as a viewer i really appreciate of the up and down journey from the beginning till the end
