yeah i never felt comfortable watching goblin but I know the world we live in. most age gap relationships will be and older man younger woman, for the most part for me ots acceptable as long as they are grown enough. I hope the actor doesn't get hate though, uts not his fault he got cast but he's really a good actor, just doubt this role will suit him but we'd have to wait and see I guess

Its not always about pedo because the actors are grown too but obvs young like young 20s. I dont even mind as much if its an age gap romance as long as they are adults but putting a man is 30s who looks older in uniform with a fl who looks like a teen is weird lol

Only watching for the spice but they have crazy chemistry is killing me lol

For jerk mls: I know of the heirs, boys over flowers, princess hours as ogs, I started watching kdramas when male leads started getting greener so honestly I actively avoid dramas where the ml is a flat out jerk and is just allowed to be because he's a man in an evil world and his parents abandoned me or sth so he's going to make that everyone else's problem. more recently I watched crazy love and I could not stand the ml for the life of me.

Unrealistic green flags: lovely runner comes to mind, I enjoyed the drama though, I think the romance kind of balances out because the fl does put in a lot of effort in showing her love to me as well. I have not watched 'when life you tangerines'and I know the romance is not the main or only storyline but its pretty vital. Maybe its the viewers perspective or because its mostly a straight female audience but the praise for the ml kind of irritated me a bit, like damn the dude is not flawed at all except his pocket. I dont need perfection or being evil just regular people yk.

Nah for a lot of the ogs, even after they have berated the fl so badly and somehow fall and their heart melts, there's often still that subtle mistreatment seen imo. of recents, the green flags have been very unrealistic that i don't even want to watch some except the story is interesting. Will you recommend this drama so far? I hate love triangles

I dont think the high school will play that big a role in song joong kis drama? they nay cast younger leads and even if they habe flashbacks, its still better as both leads are similar ages so it will look funny both ways. meanwhile this movie has 2 very clearly youngleads and then the other one looks like 15 or 20 years older wearing a high school uniform, looks weird. Again, I like the actor but sometimes you have to see how it looks playing high school roles at a certain age and who you are acting with as well.

I did not know people were accusing of queerbaiting, all the comments i see are people actually just being very clearly homophobic and acting like it's this crime to ship 2 friends. Its expected but the lines to be blurred between friendship and relationship especially for friends with feelings of envy, and shared secrets

I actually hate both, i probably hate 2 men fighting the latter more because of how much the MLS and 2nd MLS get away with for how they express their feelings. but the 2nd FL is always seen as jealous or sneaky

I'm not going to be at the forefront campaigning for queen characters or queer romance but damn the comments acting like even a suggestion of sth more despite characters having boyfriends will send them into a coma. People can and will ship whoever as long as they are consenting adults. your own interpretation is up tow you. People ship second male leads with female leads all the time even when they are just friends so why cant it be the case here. the plot seems interesting, I'm always down to see complex friendships. comment section people need to take a chill People and look into why they hate gay people so much when there are a million straight romance shows.

fighting or no fighting, having the same love interest is tacky, repetitive and boring, always overshadows the plot too because that's all people focus on.

7.9 or 8 is not bad. thats what most good kdramas will be at. it has to be perfect to be a 9 or 10

Omg can we stop acting like 8.0 is a bad rating lol? only the top of the top in their genres or how the story comes together actually deserve 9 and 10, which is also very relative.

he's not overrated man, yes high school roles is off but dont disrespect him, he's a much better actor than Cha woo min all due respect. From his roles, he has not really shown any range yet. Sure he is popular but that does not mean he can lead a drama

I'm so happy its a movie, story does not seem unique at all to be a whole TV show

kdramas are literally the pioneers of jerks in media. Bruh People are forgetting the ogs. maybe for recent dramas , its about unrealistic MLS but pre like 2016, MLS were always jerks and rude
