well I'm really mad...idk what xf's company seems to be doing?? she's popular and capable enough to be a protagonist in female centric dramas and not a second lead who's probably gonna be nothing but a love interest in a shady project that showed no respect for their previously chosen female lead...

His business is shady and he does never have respect for some of the actors he works with....the shows you mentioned received so much backlash from fans of the original works

this director is a little ***** but the screenwriter is the creator of the original work so it might turn out to be interesting 🤔

btw it's also produced by linmon pictures. That company has many amazing shows that were very well received under their name! It's also said that LSS did all of the fighting scenes and wire work herself, no stunt ^_^

oh also, the fighting scenes and cgi kinda put some s + and new supposedly wuxia dramas to shame 😭

kinda sad that xu lu's character turned out like this...Liu shao is a nice girl and I love her but XL is better as fierce characters and you can tell from the scenes where she's kicking butts in here but It's okay anyways (I heard that the female character was very unique in the original story that's why I'm kinda disappointed, the FL is a pretty likable character as she is in the drama though) , not a groundbreaking story but stunning visuals and overall can be a fun watch ^^

none of these people look alike tbh 😭 Ik the intention is not bad but the way you guys are always trying to project a bunch of asian celebrities look like eachother is a bit strange

Since there's a "reincarnated lovers" tag, I'm assuming their more glamorous looks might be them in the heavenly realm (past life) and them in the red outfits are them as mortal cultivators based on the trailers and all. (have no idea abt the original novel so no spoiler tags lol)
P.S. I just watched the clip for the first OST ZBB has sung for the show and the watercolor artwork is just sooo pretty

exactly...not even a week after I commented this and another man's fanbase is already ch0king with anger at the mere POSSIBILITY of her having more screentime than their boy in a show where SHE is the protagonist 😭 never seen this energy for any male celebrity tbh

Also if I was the director I'd NEVER let anyone dub ZBB other than himself...That man's voice alone can have it's own fanbase.

My opinions:
1.I'm freaking out screaming and crying at the later half of the trailer like O2NBEIWIZB^!%!$ want to calm down and not be too excited bc i always end up getting disappointed later but I seriously can't I might actually die of excitement 😭 please please drama gods let this be good and not another typical xianxia/xuanhuan
2. This looks like a pretty average budget or even low budget drama so I didn't have much expectations for it to look expensive but I must say the CGI looks pretty nice or maybe I'm too excited idk ... It might sound weird but I love how much purple there is in it lol nobody loves the color purple more than me
3. Some of XL's looks are BOMB my girl is so sexy. ZBB's wig isn't the most flattering on him but he's got the charm anyways so it's okay.
