Jinmu would remove UK [kill him] cuz apparently CP knows the real owner of king star is jang UK. In his blind jealousy of uk he joined hands with jinmu resulting in the shit that happened. he may not have known it would result in mudeok death but HE SURE AS HELL was in for killing JANG UK. and even then he didn't do anything. he is still letting the person responsible for the death of the person roam free!! he is just a puppet the the moment
