Few people might feel that if they come out and say "Xu Kai can do it alone" then the haters do not stop trolling Xu Kai and his fans. So most of them just follow the others simply. If one said "He relies on Bai Lu" then all others repost the same.

Nope Not! I don't think so. Chinese Paladin Season 6 cannot just rely on Esther Yu. It relies more on plot, most importantly editing and vfx.
Out of all the dramas of Xu Kai, I only have high hopes on Wonderland of Love. Not even on as beautiful as you or CPS6 or the other one with Yang Zi.

I saw on twitter about a tweet reporting "fox factory" commented few 95 artists acting, hits & remuneration. They commented Xu Kai lacks a blockbuster hit!
If WOL becomes blockbuster then it will turn his career completely but rumors are suggesting that drama might air in 2 parts which will ruin the show completely. sometimes, 40 episodes.

What do you think? Can he turn the tide with WOL?

how many episodes in it? It was expected earlier about WOL in September due to the editing. but i didn't expect TLoZ to air first.

Gank Your Heart, Go Go Squid, and Love O2O are also Esports right? Why those esports players didn't show their concern on these dramas then?

sometimes, I feel short dramas had better stories to tell than the lengthy dramas.

Lost in the Kunlun Mountains had huge potential to turn around his career mainly ratings. His character, the story and his screen time which we had issues in the recent dramas right? Snow Eagle Lord had screen time issues in the beginning. For 30 episodes, we barely got more than 5 mins to watch him on screen. Even She and Her perfect husband as well had screen time issues.
As the drama focused more on Ding Yunqi, he got good screen time. But all in vain due to it's worse editing and bad ending.

No one knows. Tencent should release an update on WOL's airing. As per Melons, WOL was initially set to air this month end after Lost you Forever S1 but due to changes in regulations in Chinese Entertainment, WOL is pushed to September.

Earlier, it was decided to air in 2 Parts but now a regulation says "Season 1 and Season 2 must have few months apart (Few are saying 6/12 months, not sure about it)". So, they decided to merge 2 parts into 1.
They can't be able to edit the drama in a week right? they need some time to edit, then review and then re-schedule. Hoping September.

It doesn't matter with filming. If drama isn't aired then they must follow the rules. As WOL already reduced their episodes to 40. WOL doesn't need 2 parts.

LYF ends airing on Aug 23. Given WeTV's regular style of dropping dramas. There are 3 dramas that entered upcoming list of Wetv - The Last Immortal, Sword & Fairy and Wonderland of Love.
If TLI airs after LYF then WOL Stands a chance in September end. But Xu Kai has 2 dramas scheduled to air this year and wetv doesn't usually drop dramas of main leads repeatedly. They give gap.
So, WOL gets airing first then TLI airs then CPS6 (S&F). Either August 4th week or September 1st week or September 3rd or 4th week.

Yes..! Lingjian Mountain is also good in terms of story/editing. Only it was an open ending with his friend character. From LIKM, his dramas are facing editing issues. Earlier, The Legends. Hope from WOL, everything changes.
