No! First WeTV will air first. Unless Netflix acquires license, it cannot air it. This depends on number of viewers interested and their locality. Same goes with Viki, viki takes in Title of Show and your locality. Based on that, they will take airing licenses.

So that Longest Promise would get best possible slot. As WeTV gave us 2 dramas at once, we probably watch those 2 for sometime. Later, around Nov-Dec, CPS6 gets aired. Same like SAHPH.
I think Longest Promise will air around end april to mid may. Snow eagle lord should air 1 week to 3rd week of april otherwise air it after longest promise around may start. If they delay SEL, Xu Kai has 2 more dramas scheduled to air this year - WOL, CPS6. these get postponed as well.

WeTV announced airing Royal Rumours from March 15 to April 01. With the same strategy, I think Snow Eagle Lord (if WeTV determined to air) will release on March 30.

For the previous dramas, WeTv used to announce new dramas only after previously announced VIP schedule is completed.
