She did dump TJH because of his mom insulting her family and his mom opposed for the marriage with Qinshi. Even in the latest episode, her mom compared qinshi with wufei in terms of family background and hospitality.
SML had past relation with FL so he can't let go of his feelings for her but he also likes another character - WuFei. SML liking is what we're confused with. FL reacts very lightly for SML as a colleague or friend. FL is good with ML. she is not giving much importance to SML.
After today's episodes I bet Wu fei regrets bringing her fiancé to the law firm where he can be close with Qin…
She learnt about the relationship of Tao with Qinshi incorrectly (thinking she dumped him). She brought Tao into company to make Qinshi jealous of their relationship. She appointed herself as attorney of Family department. She wanted to embarrass Qinshi by giving her small office inside case room. I feel Wu Fei made herself a pot! She got jealous of seeing Tao relationship with Qinshi, She got embarrassed in 11th floor than Qin Shi, She was absent minded in court (during hearing) whatever reason it is. I think they used this quote for Qin Shi ~ What goes around comes around (It depends on how you treat others) but it hit on WuFei.
It's completely worth it to wait a week for SAHPH. Thoroughly enjoyed latest episodes. Yang Hua nailed the show! I enjoyed the expressions of Cai Liang when Qin Shi was in attacking mode 😂😂. Finally brought few glimpses of Yang Hua's past and I hope to see more scenes about his past. I think next 4 episodes are going to be amazing ~ more into Yang Hua and Mr. Qiu's past.

I didn't like the reason Yanxi shared about Gu Jiao. 1. She pretended as rich wife and was kicked by a man! ~ guy proposed her in college to marry him, she don't know about his character. she said yes! before wedding she found she was being cheated and called her wedding off! 2. She took refuge with Yuan Ge (eating food and taking care of Gu's work) ~ If you have a good friend in another city and you're thinking to come out of the current discomfort then what's wrong in taking refuge with a friend?
The best part is (In 16 episode) ~ she asks Gu Jiao: Do Gu knows about how her master made through her life in the past (she lived on sofa, saving money, etc)? In the next episodes (probably 24/25), Yanxi (the great disciple of Yuan Ge) will threaten her master with her office relationship! Such a worst character I've ever seen! You're lecturing others about your master's struggle and in the mean time, you are also threatening your master with her relationship.
I hope yanxi gets fired by episode 25 and Shu Mei (Company) allows office romance so that both Yuan Ge and Du Bingwen stay.

I don't think she was admiring her. She was just trying to be positive and trustworthy in the eyes of Yuan Ge as she is the Vice President at the company. When company promotes Yuan Ge to senior level like president, she will get the chance of becoming Vice president. As Gu Jiao made an appearance as the best and most trusted friend (also like sister), she felt that won't stand a chance in future. I understand that Gu Jiao made back-door entry into the company which might irk other employees in the company but that doesn't mean they are not capable. Gu Jiao's character has gone through a lot. Her perfect marriage turned a nightmare when she found her husband is cheating on her, Her parents didn't support her divorce thing, she took 2M from Yuan Ge as a loan for divorce, etc.
Obviously, he loves his mother since he does what she says.
Regarding Ep 29 and 30: Whole intension of those previews. In the previous episodes, Yang Hua (ML) tried to compare himself with Tao JunHui (2ML). There are instances ML shows his anger. if you see someone with high qualifications, experience, etc you will automatically feel being thrown out! This is what Yang Hua is facing and he thinks with these qualities 2ML can give more care and support to FL. As he likes and admires Qin Shi a lot, he doesn't want her to face crisis and be with the person who can solve things easily for her.
Obviously, he loves his mother since he does what she says.
at first, FL had no feelings for ML but as they spend time together and seeing ML caring for her alot. she begins to start liking him. though marriage happened to be contractual for both ML and FL. But at the time of marriage, ML confessed his feelings towards FL. In the mean time, FL also started to show little care.
As I mentioned in my comments, this story goes on with struggles in each other's lives and how they face those being together. In the next episodes, you get to see more of ML's feelings and FL's feelings. I think when ML's Ex arrives FL may show feelings towards ML.
