I know Nana works under Empire, but I'm a little sad/disappointed she didn't wonder how Pai is doing too :/ I mean she worked as his secretary for a while and seemed really supportive of him too :(
What is really good about this show is that all the 4 main protagonists behave consistently and in line with their…
Wow, you ate and left no crumbs. Get them fr,, like you said everything that was in my mind. You're right about Pai's family, though. The best ending would be that he never forgives them because he gave his all to Empire, but they tossed him away like it was easy.
Alright, after episode 9, I hope that people can finally see why Pai reacted the way that he did. Tim's betrayal still burns in the back of his mind; it is not forgotten. Pai still pushed for a divorce and has tried to move on. The only problem is he can't because he sincerely loves Tim.
Tim may be annoying and seem like he's clinging onto Pai. Some viewers want him to give Pai space and leave him alone. I understand that, really, and if the circumstances were different, I would agree. But you guys need to see that Pai needed someone to care for him. His parents are MIA, his petty grandpa doesn't care about him, and North is too busy and tired from work. Tim is the only person that listened to him completely this whole episode and the one who understands him the most.
Tim's presence may be overbearing to viewers, but to Pai, he's a source of comfort that lets Pai know he's not alone in this world and that there is someone who worries for him too. I hope people understand this.
Just wanted to say Junior's voice is amazing, and I love his new OST so much! I need it on spotify asap please. I want him to debut in riser music so badlyyy!
people canβt realise Tim and Yu are legit 2 different people. Yu wasnβt a seasoned scammer like Tim was. Tim…
Love it when someone can see the characterization beyond what is just shown on the surface... thank you! I so agree. That is how people are in real life too... not everyone is a green flag that can act on what they "should do." Tim and Yu are two very different people by nature.
Junior just said there's going to be a competitor for Tim coming soon... π. He said they'll make fans satisfied and also make Tim mad. I bet it's Pai's ex coming back. Question is,,, who is itttt. I'm thinking either Great, Force, or Joong hahahah
Also, it's not like Tim doesn't know what he has to do. He advised Yu and it worked out so why is he being so…
Yeah, idk.. he needs to get his act together for real. I can't hate hate Tim because he's got Junior's face (oops π), but mannn, we need to see more redeeming traits soon.
I don't wanna say many negative things because I do get most of the reasoning for why the characters are acting the way that they are, HOWEVER. I wish Tim actually... apologized? We know he's guilty and hurt, but he's hiding it behind the joking facade. Yes, actions speak louder than words, but sometimes a simple "sorry" and situational seriousness is needed too.
AND another thing that bothered me is the side comment he made about Pai living in his house rent free. I mean have some shameeee sir please π...
But, well, I hope we get more serious talks from TimPai in the next episode (which I'm looking foward to~~)
(PERSONALLY,) I wish Tim's fall was more dramatic lmao. The scalp is highly vascular, so even if it was a minor injury (not affecting the skull/brain), a small pool of blood would be plausible too. BUT THAT'S JUST ME π. Since they had the dramatic music and all, so I was expecting more than a bloody cut. But I get it... it's a romcom
Noooo they just finished filming this year (they started in the middle of last year). But I meant that the series was announced in 2022, when Net and Latte were in the cast. JJ and Kim joined the crew in 2024!
That hugging dinner scene is just SO GOOD!!!! I wished we hear more about the "interrogation" as Pai asked…
I wished so too! I need that whole scene uncut pleaseeee. But yes, I loved it either way; I felt like they both needed some closure, and that scene was perfect for it.
