Hmm her stronger personality comes back at around ep 8 or 9, but she never really goes back to being super fierce because that was when she was still in her 'assassin Naksu' mindset (and was Uk's master).

Because Naksu was the active soul in both Mudeok and JBY's bodies, Uk technically falls for her because she is Naksu, regardless of whether she is fierce or innocent. Both sides are still her, and he will always love her.
