Gosh, I wish these dramas just weren't released on the same day! It's creating so much unnecessary drama!!
I'm loving both TSOPG and LGIEF so much and think they're both so good! They're both completely different dramas with completely different genres. Why can't we just be happy having 2 vastly different and amazing dramas to watch after such a mediocre year.
Also, please stop down-rating one drama because it's being compared to another drama, it's so petty! (why are ppl even rating ongoing dramas lol???)
All this arguing is just hurting the actresses, Zhao Lusi and Yu Shuxin. They're both great in their own areas! Also, they're literally friends! Lift up the women, don't bring them down :(

The reason I like the drama is mostly because of how funny and light hearted it is. The story is pretty fast paced. Nothing has felt boring or like filler to me. It's also definitely a breath of fresh air! There's been so many dreary and serious dramas lately, but this is such a comfort watch. It's the kinda show I wanna relax with after class or work, and I feel like so many people find it easy to get into. The fact that this story already has a strong fanbase definitely contributed to it's popularity as well, and the drama has really tried to stay true to the original. Also can't forget how perfect the casting is (YSX and DYX have great chemistry, their interactions are so sweet and chaotic, and you gotta love a good slow burn romance). It's also obvious, from their interactions with the fans and all the extra content and details they've added to the show, that everyone involved in the drama cares so much about it.
TL;DR ~ The drama's light hearted, relatable, and just a fun time :)

I can't get enough of this drama, but watching the trailers is making me so inpatient, especially now that we're only getting 1 ep per day! the wait is so painful 😭
