Of course, this is a slow-burn narrative thriller, but the way it builds suspense and maintains its pace keeps the drama engaging from start to finish. These days, many viewers expect thrillers to move at lightning speed and be consumed in a single sitting. In that way, I think they're missing the essence of the thriller genre. A good thriller isn't always about constant twists and speed it's about building tension, atmosphere, and anticipation, and this drama is perfectly handled those aspects and delivered good thriller experience.

I thought about this, if the case is re-open in the present then definitely a known actor will portray the key role for it .. the director worked with Lee Min-ki for the three times previously so he brought Lee Min-ki on the board to play that key role.
the actor playing lee gihwan did such a phenomenal job give him all the awards!!!
When director and writer approached him for that character he immediately said ok, if they want to change him for another role he said I just walk from the drama.. that's how much he wanted to portray that character bcz he knows the character potential.. he did a really good job
