Because it was premiered at Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) on October 3, 2024. Someone made edit on that date. But movie was originally released in theaters on December 31 ..

this was before Vincenzo, RR which was actually release around in 2021 or 2022 if everything went according to their plan. I get it what you mean but still I disagree in someways.
After Vincenzo & RR his two projects Hopeless domestic hit, Lok Ki Wan also hit. Now My Youth, he is exploring in new genres so sometimes those went well mean those aren't not good projects. As an actor seeing ups and downs are part of filmography. Why I'm saying this because he is picking projects according to his interest as an actor not sticking to some particular types of characters - it was not waste of his talent in exploring new types. But i agree with you _ you as a person of loving him & his acting wants better projects nice gesture.

these movie came into Netflix silently and despite very low promos by production team & NF, movie trending 80+ countries even though with mixed talk in domestic .
Last 5 mins _ it's completely Vincenzo spinoff version 💥 Totally worth watching if you still waiting for someone's permission , even though the story is not contains plot twists, huge action scenes - the movie pace is slow it will pickup faster in 2nd half.
Song Joong-ki carried movie on his shoulders. That's what called one man show.
Till today i watched only one medical drama, it was Lee Jun Hyuk drama ( watched that one because I saw rom tag 😂 )
TBH this drama is not in my list, when the time of this drama release i was in hospital for a surgery, now I'm familiar with hospital sounds _ especially the operation theatre things _ the doctors, nurses their equipment watching those I'm going back to my surgery today how I was scared in operation theatre.
After hearing some good reviews I started watching today 😃 I'm impressed with everything within ep 1 ... It's not about only serious operations, surgeries, damn inside politics. But the comdey touch with the serious subject in medical genre is really challenging creat humour but 😭 I'm continuously laughing in ep 1 & looking forward the emotional & character development.

🤗 No need to watch new eps for the commenting, almost half of drama completed but fl character is annoying, and at this rate I'm not expecting Character development ( yet somehow it's going to happen) after making her annoying from the first. I know it's part of script and story yet ml character is better than fl in this drama. You will get my point if you already Watched some other investigation thrillers dramas why I'm saying fl is poorly & annoyingly written
