I absolutely love both of your Hollywood picks😅 Forest will always be one of my favourites of all time. Anthony Hopkins is a true legend and I still watch Silence of the Lambs every now and again. There’s an Indian actress I love ( I can’t remember her name off the top of my head but she’s in Sense8 I love her so much. Have you seen sense8 as yet, it has an ensemble cast from various cultures, it’s quite interesting

Haha come to think of it I think I don’t have specific favourites gender wise, if a actor or actress can move me emotionally then I’ll support them, I’m drawn to talented people for some reason or another, you can tell when a person takes pride in their art and that intrigues me😊

I agree with everything you said here as I feel the same, I hope this will be a lesson learned and I personally believe in everything happens for a reason, she met more wonderful people that seem to love her and they all have wonderful things to say about her so that’s a plus also as sometimes production team members recommend actors for projects they’re involved with. I hope she will pick more mature( her age group) roles too as I heard Moving she’ll be playing a high school student with superpowers ( I’m not too much into high school films) I will support it only for her🙂

There was nothing new in the show that she hadn’t experienced except for the kiss scenes. She’s played victim to mental and physical abuse, she’s played an independent teenage mother,she’s played multiple badass roles. I like many others actually watched this series because of her introduction scene and continued with the knowledge that she would return and tbh it was actually a letdown and it’s not her fault, so many people are disappointed with her character because we didn’t get the person we all fell for, they completely changed her to bland, and let her play a role of one of her previous role as a woman subjected to narcissistic behaviour from a man. The character we met , regardless of amnesia would never allow UK to gaslight her into believing the memories belonged to someone else, she would’ve never been so accepting of his rudeness, those traits comes with the soul and now most people have rewatched it’s becoming more visible how much they ruined her character. It’s her biggest project to date, knowing she was up ( comparison wise) against a veteran actress they should’ve made more effort in her storytelling to help her become better , they had to know that she was going to be scrutinised and compared. Someone even compared her to Arin and So-Yi saying So-Yi was even more interesting to watch, my heart broke reading it because it’s not a lie.

She’s not allowed to say anything negative, her character was badly written, if you watched the BTS you can see and hear her disappointment when she asked why is she standing behind Uk, she was puzzled, they filmed 3 different ending and it seems that was not the end she thought they would go for. The excuse from the director was so pathetic and I’m not happy about it . I wish this wasn’t the project she worked on as a first lead role because tbh she had a lot more impact on her support roles than she did in AOS part 2 which is not good for her . Of course she’s learned more, even bad experiences are still lessons to learn from. They all say positive things about a project because if they say anything negative it will cause less Directors and writers to work with them. Let’s be honest, there’s no way the actors thought this was a great story but they signed for a job and they are getting paid regardless of the outcome, if the outcome is good then they get more projects quickly.

That’s your wish? Well I Wish I woke to realise part 2 hasn’t started yet and I dreamt the whole 10 episodes. I wish they were actually still filming and taking their time to perfect the story 🤨
