what do you think airs on korean tv currently? a black screen?
I will watch Love is for Suckers. I will not watch Love in Contract. They made their choice I have made mine. No one said they had to cancel the drama, but a one week hiatus was in order. Since they didn't, I won't. I am not mocking the show or the hard work. However, I think the production and the broadcasters are mocking this incident.

Actually, I have noticed that those others have aired too. They shouldn't have. People telling me only rom com should postpone, but here they are. I am done with them too. Why have the mourning period if its all willy nilly like this? It basically means nothing. Anything that aired anyway, is done for me.
what do you think airs on korean tv currently? a black screen?
The point is to show respect during a week long period of mourning. To air as if nothing happened shows disrespect. If it is not important, then you tell me why so many shows , dramas, and music festivals all cancelled. Why?
This show is about war disasters and loss of people not comedy like variety shows or rom-com! people that lost…
Yes, baseball should have postponed. Yes people have to work, but that is not the entertainment industry. Many dramas that aired? How bout those that cancelled....Cheer Up, Game of Witches, Love is for Suckers, May I Help You, King of Ssireum, Passionate Goodbye, The Fabulous, and a bunch of music festivals, all cancelled. Almost ALL variety shows canceled. All music shows cancelled. So yea, this drama could have waited one week to premier. And that is part of the problem, it wasn't even an ongoing drama. It was a premier. They should have waited.

And? What is your point. Are you saying the mourning period is meaningless? No one should cancel or postpone? If that is not true, then who should and shouldn't? I'm told a lot of specials and reruns are on.
Not all programs are cancelled. You pretend to know everything that you're not even Korean lol. If you can think…
Yes, a little upset about the baseball too. But I do know they never cancel sports, even though they should. We are talking about one week, after all. Not easy to postpone? Dramas take a week hiatus whenever they want....weather consideration or simply "to make the drama better." This series could have waited one week out of respect. They chose not too. I think their ratings will suffer. This is a public channel. 7.2% and 3.1%....abysmal. You say other shows are airing, tons are not, so?
Its up to the tv stations, how many mass shootings have we had in the USA and tv goes on, sport games go on, etc.
different culture, different situation. Why do you continue to defend this as the industry continues to cancel and postpone shows and dramamas throughout the week? But not this one?
Does airing this drama cost you something? Why be so aggressive about a drama? Yes it was a huge disaster that…
7.2 is high for a cable channel, not so high for a public channel, although I am sure it will do better later. That is my point. They could have waited one week, after all. Y'all keep defending this as the industry continues to cancel and postpone shows and dramas throughout the week. But not this one?

I like your handle, lol. But I disagree with you here. Am I watching thru the period? Period just started, it runs thru Saturday. Um, they are canceling dramas and shows, so no, I am not watching. This show seems to think it is above it all. As other shows cancel and postpone, this one doesn't bat an eye.

Some of us international fans actually live in Korean culture with Korean families, businesses and churches. Many of us know a great deal. I do know this. I see Broadcasters cancelling a ton of stuff. But a simple drama could not show an ounce of respect? Why is that?
