It is very interesting that this series has escaped censorship.... Dictatorial systems, repression, collaborationism,…
It's an amazing story. Only thing I can think about is this series should have had a different director... nothing personal against Golf but Anucha would have rocked this up. Such a waste.
Your response was extremely well written and agree with you on plot hasn't been moving from the starting point.…
Because there's no curse! There are many problems with this series, I agree. However, the story is not one of them. It's a psychological drama, no fantasy, no horror, no thriller. It's been already cleared there's no curse but it's a way of manipulating the students. So hard that even the prefects leader materialised it himself by creating the attacks, and now there's somebody else, probably Mo, doing the same who is a lot more violent and dangerous. Come on, guys/gals/NB, think outside the box and pay more attention!!
I understand your point of view, but I think it's overreacted. It's not just a school. It's a school with historical…
Dont get me wrong, I also thought this series was gonna be much better. I dont like many directing decisions and almost the whole script. But the story is interesting, the characters are beautiful and I would have loved to see these actors in a better developed production. About the 21st century comment, unfortunately, it doesnt mean anything... our societies, even the most progressive, still need to evolve even more. I mean, a girl was killed for not covering his hair 'properly' in a middle east country a few weeks ago. Many topics as sexuality, sexual identity or gender are not a treated respecfully anywhere as a whole.
When this series was announced, it was very interesting, but in the 10 episodes shown, they did not move from…
I understand your point of view, but I think it's overreacted. It's not just a school. It's a school with historical prestige for wealthy families expecting it to make gentlemen from their sons. Immersed in Thai culture, but very similar to other stories set in other countries. In several moments, families were talked about: - Akk's parents think his son in that school gives their family a higher standard. - Ayan's mom wanted him out but let him chose. - Thua's stepfather wants the school life to make him more masculine as it happened to him, a former bullied. - Wat's parents sent him there so he studies Laws at Uni. - The three main members of The World Remembers are also against their families. They mention them in a conversation when talking about changing the system. The directors dont call their families because they want to show the adults they can handle the situation, which actually was mention several times. I dont know if the school is the 'country', but we must admit thatt when we are teenagers, school life is everything for us. It seems stupid for outsiders, but changing the school system could mean a big fight for starters. Even more if it's a school they are trapped in because their parents are forcing them.
I've said this below, but I will reiterate my point. I love First, and he is one my favorite actors in BL, but…
I think it's not the only problem this series has had, a few nice shots dont save a drama with many directing and script problems. In hands of a good director, these background, plot, characters and actors would have made a fantastic series.
“The rapist can't end up with his victim unless he does something to prove his love right?” No. The rapist should be charged criminally and sent to prison.
So simple explaining Akks development until now!https://twitter.com/aibarisu/status/1576988760759099392
Oh, my god! This is a great direction decision! And it is awesome somebody noticed and made it a video. Thank you so much for sharing, this is such a nice community.
This reminds me of the conversations when To My Star 2 aired. Many tried to explain Ji Woo's behaviour and were…
Apples and oranges. Ji Woo was an adult in a committed relation ship and disappeared. He had issues whuch weren't actually that heavy or at least deeply represented. Akk is a teenager who hasn't even responded to Ayan's feelings. In fact, Aye is harassing him being certain Akk likes him, we know it's true, but Aye can only think or feel it. Whats more, Akk never played with him, he actually tried all the time to stop him. And if we talk about issues, Akk 's ones are the motor of this plot. If there's someone being hurt, it's him. Aye is choosing to be next to him, which I love, but it's his decision.
I personally dislike Akk not because he rejected Ayan, but because of his personality. Yes, he comes from a financially…
I think the show is probably lacking at showing it but the main idea is Akk's presure to 'be perfect'. Or you are missing the quid. It's not only he is from an underprivileged family, but despite that he is expected to 'succeed'. He is exhausted. He's gay and in love with the rebel one. In his mind, all that is a stone in the middle of the road to what he was planning to get. But now, he is struggling between what he thought was what he wanted and what he really wants now. I actually dont see in him all the characteristics you named. What I think is this is a psychological plot. Not thriller, not horror, not romantic, not fantasy, but psychological. Aye said it to his mother in the last episode, even his uncle had depression, Chadok took him to the extreme, and now he's scared about somebody else. Well, that's Akk.
I have to work and won't read comments until I watch the episode tonight (my tonight). Maybe I dont write but read all of you all the time, you made my week pass faster. See you later! I'm so excited!
1000 Stars, He's Comign to Me & Bad Buddy did the cliffhangers at the end of each episode as well, it's a P'Aof…
It's not that bad with comedy and romance, but when it happens with any of the leads in danger... that literally hurts me and makes my waiting week a living hell! With 1000 stars I suffered a lot, same with Not Met.
i’m not usually an emotional person but wow khaotung … you could FEEL the moment he was holding it in and…
It wasnt just you! I'm certain Khan stopped the kiss when Thua kissed him back. They definitely know the other was awake. And it was soooo sweet and naive!

No.
The rapist should be charged criminally and sent to prison.
Interesting plot.
Awful directing and writing.
I said it.
Thank you so much for sharing, this is such a nice community.

Kan: Aye, sit on Akk's lap.
Ayan: Okay!
I died!
Maybe I dont write but read all of you all the time, you made my week pass faster.

I live for the drama...
We never actually saw Khan... I sense a plot twist here.
I sense Akk interrupting it.
