Lol I had a feeling that someone would ask me that. Idk I found that remark about his smile really funny? Like it made me laugh out loud. I myself don't agree with it but there is something about the way Kawi smiles in a few scenes that could be interpreted as creepy or eerie. It didn't cross my mind until I read her comment; I think it has to do with the intensity in his eyes lol. I took it as kind of a spunky and endearingly comedic quality of his character but I can totally see how someone else could view it that way lmfao. It might be important to note that I'm someone who is very sarcastic and savagely roasts my loved ones and uses the words idiots/dumbasses as terms of endearment. So maybe these things just roll off my back easier than it would other people? Idk everyone emotes differently and frankly people can interpret your facial expressions however they like- you can't control that.

@purplearmy Well we'll be getting 23.5 this year and Dangerous Romance will have a side GL couple so they might decide to make them a pairing in the future! There are even rumors that gmmtv's acquiring the rights to a GL story for next year's line up! I'd love more GLs and their actresses deserve some more spotlight 😊

Idk I guess it can be but from my POV, I was kind of under a similar impression. This is the first time I've seen a project of Krist's so I don't follow the drama surrounding him but from what I've seen the consensus on multiple platforms is that he's allegedly made homophobic comments about noy wanting to be in BL? I'm assuming that it could be that he even just made a comment about not being gay or comfortable with some of the extreme BL shipping habits (which can be toxic) and knowing some fans, it wouldn't be too hard to see that stretched out of context. It's totally fine to have a preference on the projects one takes on bc it is a job but it looks like he hasn't done any BLs for years... which would explain the coming crawling back comment lol bc it does kinda look like it. Lol who knows... I know that BL makes the money and is a easy path for fame but I've just gotta hope that these actors behind the BLs at least have respect for the existence and lives of the people their portraying; because bad-mouthing the hand that feeds you is a shitty thing to do.

Guys chill. She's just stating an opinion and isn't even being disrespectful about it?! @jpny01 's dedication as you seem to put it, is just a passion that most of us here share. I personally really enjoyed the pilot but people are allowed to have differing opinions and different tastes. Everyone sharing their opinions on here is what makes MDL so great; we get to interact and share them amongst ourselves.
