I was SCREAMING- it completely took me off guard. I wasn't expecting it because the tempo was slightly different until he started with the first few lyrics and then I lost it and was overwhelmed with MSP nostalgia. Such a fun touch!
one thing I can't resist to call out is the 'background music' like it's just not hitting 😠with random a$s…
Fr I don't usually notice the background music unless either it's really good and elevates an already emotion/powerful scene, or if it's just so bad that it distracts from the scenes. Unfortunately, episode 3 had the latter, which is something that I've noticed that Studio Wabi Sabi seems kind of consistent about; appallingly bad background music that takes you out of the scene.
I remember in BU, Prem had an intense crying scene and instead of playing something emotional or for buildup, they played the theme song and then an unbeat springtime tune?? All throughout the span of that one (albeit it was a long-ish scene). I felt so bad for Prem because he was sobbing and acting, doing his job but I couldn't take his scene seriously. And this is coming from someone who didn't mind or really notice the Christmas music in the background of that LITA NC scene... I didn't even recall it until I saw someone tweet about it😆ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Wait I just realized that Dokrak and Pam will be the side couple in My Marvellous Dream Is You... all these adaptations of the same characters, by different production companies and actors is gonna get confusing lol
Now that he's with gmmtv, I really want to see him be paired with Aungpao! They're both so talented and would look really cute together, they'd be such a power pairing. (That is of course if he wants to continue doing BL)
Isn't it joint production?? I hope not, i don't want this to be like my gear and your gown type
Ahh I had a feeling. I haven't watched MGYG but I don't really think I have to to get the full picture.. They're all pretty meh or okayish; We Are is currently the exception but that has so many of my biases and only has 2eps out atm so only time will tell. Yeah, GMMTV has to manage all of their current artists, plus all the young newbies they've recruited and now all these established actors too- it was already chaos this last year with them trying to organize everything so I have no idea what they're gonna go about it this year

Have you seen "Oh, Mando!" yet? I haven't but it's on my ever so long list. It has Kokoy and BL
