Now that he's with gmmtv, I really want to see him be paired with Aungpao! They're both so talented and would look really cute together, they'd be such a power pairing. (That is of course if he wants to continue doing BL)
Isn't it joint production?? I hope not, i don't want this to be like my gear and your gown type
Ahh I had a feeling. I haven't watched MGYG but I don't really think I have to to get the full picture.. They're all pretty meh or okayish; We Are is currently the exception but that has so many of my biases and only has 2eps out atm so only time will tell. Yeah, GMMTV has to manage all of their current artists, plus all the young newbies they've recruited and now all these established actors too- it was already chaos this last year with them trying to organize everything so I have no idea what they're gonna go about it this year
why is wabi sabi crumbling just when we were about to get some gl...
My thing was just that I hope that gmmtv doesn't try to push their new wabi sabi actors onto a bunch of events right away because that might make the scheduling for Sammy's scenes difficult to organize but she's a side character so it definitely won't affect the filming of Sunshine in the Wind lol. Sorry for the confusion!

Yes, this is a co-production now. Wabi Sabi will still be producing this series; just for gmmtv to own and have distribution rights.
GMMTV and Studio Wabi Sabi have actually collaborated on multiple co-production series in the past, not just My Gear Your Gown. To my knowledge they've done MGYG, Star in My Mind, Sky in Your Heart, the Magic of Zero (Oishi) specials, A Boss and a Babe and most recently, We Are. Not that that will probably quell your fears lol sorry

I don't think it is necessarily. They've just mentioned that they're letting some of their bigger stars go onto bigger and better things. I think Wabi Sabi has done almost everything within their power to help build Boun, Prem, Santa, Sammy and Yatch up as artists and are now letting them go to a company that can do more for them management wise; I think that's actually a very mature and heartfelt of a response as a company especially since they'd all worked together with the CEO to end up on that decision. I'm glad that studio WS didn't actually try to hoard all of their artists that they couldn't give opportunities to. (As far as how gmmtv will be able to handle and organize all of their current artists, recently recruited newbies *and* newly acquired WS artists idk... we'll have to see lol) As for Maya and Aomsin, I think that Wabi Sabi can still offer them lots of opportunities. As far as we know, they aren't crumbling as a company as a whole! Just downsizing the artists under their management which shouldn't necessarily affect the production side of their company. They will still be producing all of their series from their line up (as far as we know, even if gmmtv now owns the distribution rights for Vampire Project) but now we just don't know what Sammy's schedule will look like yet.
Yup the haircut bothered me a lot too because it was just very obvious. But overall this show is really cute so…
Most filming productions film every scene out of order, in whichever sequence makes the most sense for their schedules, budgets and locations. It will later be filmed over the course of multiple months so there will always be tiny indiscrepancies. They try their best to limit these but when you're surrounded by the same scenes and outfits all day everyday, it gets hard to pinpoint the small changes, especially since they don't know how the editing team will choose, order and cut the particular scenes.
For gmmtv specifically, since that's what I follow the most, the pilot trailers are just to gauge sponsorships and start building the engagement from fans. The footage from the pilot trailers are usually scraped and aren't used in the final series (which is why they later release an official trailer, about two weeks before the release date which contains all of the scenes that will be included in the actual series when it airs)
Now I wonder how old May is

Have you seen "Oh, Mando!" yet? I haven't but it's on my ever so long list. It has Kokoy and BL
