Not officially confirmed but very likely! Both OrmFolk have just recently signed with Kongthup Production which owns the rights to Apple and I think Folk posted a story with the cover of the novel next to a picture of the two of them. From the photo, it looked like they were in a workshop :)

Again, it was the exclusive deal they'd made with WeTV that one time that caused that mess with the different versions. Usually their cut versions are only aired on network television, to meet the episode duration requirements and/or age ratings.

I mean I can't guarantee anything since they haven't outright made a statement address this in particular but Cooking Crush's situation was specifically due to the exclusive deal they'd made with WeTV. I'm pretty certain Netflix wouldn't ever sign that kind of contract; especially for their first featuring of an airing gmm series.
Plus, in the official trailer it states that "uncut reruns" will be streaming on Netflix. They never claimed that it was something exclusive to Netflix anyways so we're pretty safe.

Ahh. Yeah now that I think of it, GMMTV shows seem to have a prechosen main poster that they use for promotions. That sucks, idk what was going through the head of the person who chose the primary poster over this one. Thanks for the response though!
