It could be a translation issue but in the official trailer, it said "reruns will be available on netflix" in the official subtitles which is similar to the situation the Only Friends had with the OneD app so that's what's insinuated. Plus that GMMTV tweet says that Netflix will "exclusively air 23.5" to SE Asia and Latin America countries, not that Netflix with exclusively air the uncut version. It's all in the language right now but as far as I've seen, they haven't issued any clarifications that Netflix will own the exclusive uncut version like WeTV did.

From the looks of it based off of all the bts photos we've been getting, it seems that they've mostly been filming PondPhuwin and WinnySatang's storylines the most as of yet. My assumption was/is that AouBoom and MarcPawin's scenes would be filmed in the second half of the Qs. That's my theory at least since Phuwin's the main lead in Summer Nights as well which has started their readings and should start filming soon. But that's under the assumption that all 4 main couples were gonna get the same amount of screentime which with shows like this, is never really guaranteed anyways.
But the most important thing is that this matter is settled and that the victim gets justice. What happens to this series really isn't important at this point.

Well if he has to be taken out of the production, I think the most likely option is that they'll demote his character to side character and then write him off early on. While also cutting the majority of the scenes that he does have that aren't "crucial" since there are so many overlapping scenes and storyline which contain the friendships.
That is if they don't decide to do a lot of major reshooting since they're more than half done filming already. Nevertheless, it's definitely gonna suck for Marc's role.

With all of GMMTV's past deals it's just for the company's (aka Netflix in this case) thai audiences and accounts. Usually the uncut version is the version provided on YouTube for international viewers.
WeTV's deal with Cooking Crush has been the only exception so far so we'll have to wait and see what their Netflix deal entails.
