Let's consider a bit from August's POV: he got paired with someone he did not like, they had quite high pressure…
Yes I adore Moonlight Chicken! It's one of my absolute favourites, but I can't say that I quite see what you're talking about with your Alan and August comparison. Besides their roles in the main leads' stories and getting unjust hate from the mdl comments lol. I personally, just don't think we've gotten enough on August to make any kind of conclusions on him yet except for the fact that him standing Day up was a shity thing to do and that their relationship was heavily one sided from what we've heard from Day. It seems that this late behaviour was something that Day had put up with a lot in the past which sucks bigtime in general but with the added challenges of being blind and abandoned while waiting with no communication, just makes the situation so much worst and disrespectful especially if there isn't a "solid" reason behind it. That being said, August obviously does care deeply about Day, we see that from the locker room scene that had me sobbing but it might now be the same type of love or even the best thing (using best thing pretty generously) for Day back then and especially now. I honestly find that with life too; you don't get what you want but you get what you need. When it does happen, it's however in a way that you never could've imagine. Life is full of pleasant surprises, you just need to know how to look/reflect on them.
I love "enemies" to friends to lovers because that means they've seen each other at their "worst" and hold a strong understanding and would've needed to have grown an unmatched respect for the other person. I feel like if the relationship is strong enough, and both people are willing to put in the effort, it's more likely that "enemies" to friends to lovers stay friends after a breakup. That's what I imagine had happened for Mhok and Phojai since we both know that they have sharp tongues and would've definitely have clashed at least a bit in the beginning. I do adore the portrayal of the relationship that they right now in Last Twilight, it's too uncommon of a sight in any show, nevermind in BLs! Such a healthy portrayal. I love them. All of them🥹
Thank you thank you! If you need convincing I can tell you that it was SO satisfying getting the first 2 dramas…
I use my on holds as a place for dramas that I've currently lost interest in watching but do plan on finishing one day... so it's safe to say that a LOT of titles add up there fast lmfao.
I think unfortunately I'm someone who's passion for watching isn't really swayed too much by other people's opinions besides recommendations to start new titles but tysm for the offer! I appreciate it.
And I'd thought that you were exaggerating slightly but you'd convinced me to *finally* drop a couple of titles that I was in denial about dropping, hence just planning on leaving them in my hold until I one day- which would probably never come- I'm in the mood to watch them. And dude, it legit did feel like a weight was lifted off my shoulders lol! Unbelievable!
Thank you, I will need it haha since I'll be doing a less intense version of Mission: CLEARANCE 😄

Wow, really well said! I see it basically the same way so I completely agree. I like how you've highlighted how it is important that Day get some closurefrom his feelings for August which he most definitely had time to angst over and warp in his seclusion that whole year alone. I see so many people saying that they hate August and want him gone, I'd hate to see that actually happen because then they don't work through everything. I completely understand the notion of not wanting our main leads to go through the pain but pain is apart of the process. I get the intense loyalty to Mhok and Day but I don't understand why everyone hates August's guts. I just don't like the way his actions have affected our boys but that by no means means that I hate him/ automatically makes him a bad person.

I haven't watched it yet but now I'm definitely more intrigued to start eventually. But idk if I wanna start the first season because apparently their storyline only starts in s2

I'd totally be down for that. I know that people have been shipping her with Mook! And in Mook's bts of the 2024 lineup, where she interviews her coworkers, they said it's a series y and yuri. However idk if they were joking or not.
I had just found out a couple of months ago that Aye and Apple were a GL couple in Froendzone 2 and now I need to see them in a GL coupling again, regardless of if they're paired together again or not. I'm so happy that they're giving us variety for the announced GLs like the fluffiness and simplicity of 23.5 and complicated drama behind Pluto

Yes! Their actresses are completely underutilized. They need to give them more opportunities and GLs would be a fantastic way to start that. I just know that their actresses will give it their all and absolutely kill it!

Omfg I thought that link had to do with your comment🤣🤣. Gawin's face is priceless... now I'm really excited to see the behind-the-scenes of My Golden Blood even though they haven't started filming yet!
And yes, as they should! Whether they meant it in just the vague global way of there needing to be more BLs, in the general sense of Thailand or GMMTV specifically with the two of them, YES. Big yes.
This is such a good idea and frankly, maybe I should do it too before the year's up lol! If only to get rid/work through half of the dramas in my On-Hold list.

It's so cute!! And I honestly really hope that eventually they'll get to work together on one of P'Aof's future directorials.

I hope to see Bom in more dramas in the future😊
